Commercial work is quoted after a walkthrough; nothing shown on this website is a binding estimate. A quote becomes binding only when approved and accepted under its stated scope, price, expiration, and terms.
Deposits
Deposits, when required, are disclosed in the written quote before acceptance.
Access and safety
Clients must provide lawful, safe access and disclose known hazards, fragile surfaces, pets, parking constraints, and relevant property conditions.
Service changes
Material changes in condition, access, or requested work may require a revised quote or rescheduling.
